Reply with quote | #1 | If you want to upgrade to Print Audit 5 for Mac, you must first uninstall Print Audit 4 for Mac. If the Print Audit 5 installer detects Print Audit 4, it will warn you and prevent you from continuing the installation.
Important: To uninstall Print Audit 4, you cannot simply drag the Print Audit 4 folder to the trash. You must download and run the Print Audit 4 Uninstaller. The following steps explain the process. - If Print Audit 4 is currently running, force-quit it by clicking Force Quit... in the Apple menu.
- Download the Print Audit 4 Uninstaller.
- Double-click the Uninstall PrintAudit4.dmg file. This file will be located wherever you saved it when you downloaded it.
- Double-click on the Uninstall PrintAudit4.pkg file.
- Follow the prompts to uninstall Print Audit 4.
After you have completed these steps, Print Audit 4 will be completely uninstalled, and you will be able to install Print Audit 5 on your Mac. |
