Follow the steps outlined below to turn the sound/beeping on the Copy Audit off.

On the Copy Audit device, press the white key.
You will be prompted to enter a password. By default, the password is '1234' but it may be different if it was changed in the Copy Audit Device configuration. You can change the password by opening the Print Audit Administrator on the computer that has the Copy Audit Communicator installed on it. Go to the Copy Audit tab and then open the desired Copy Audit Device. Go to the Advanced tab and change the password in the 'Unit Password' field.
You will now be prompted to enter a Command. Select the 1 button to disable the beeper. You will receive the following message 'Beeper Off' and then the copy audit will return to the date and time.
